Rea Welcomes Renner, Milburn and McMath to New Philadelphia Team

New Philadelphia, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired Steve Renner as a manager, Heather Milburn as a client service specialist and Candice McMath as an administrative assistant. They all work in the firm’s New Philadelphia office.

Previously to joining Rea, Renner worked at Hewitt Associates as benefits operations manager. He graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance. At Rea, Renner works in the pension services department and is responsible for defined contribution plan administration. He resides in Dover with his wife Dawn, son Taylor and daughter Alexis.

Milburn comes to Rea from Paychex, Inc., where she was a senior payroll specialist. She graduated with high distinction from Stark State College of Technology, earning her associates degree in business management and finance. At Rea, Milburn works in the payroll department as a payroll specialist. She currently lives in New Philadelphia with her husband Duane.

Before Rea, McMath was employed at Kohl’s Department Stores for three years. She graduated with summa cum laude honors from Muskingum College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree. At Rea, she is responsible for administrative duties in the human resources department. She resides in Gnadenhutten.
