How do you define success? Success can be defined by the number of people you consider to be your loved ones. Because at the end of the day, they are the ones who will support and encourage you to become successful.

What did you learn from Richard Rea that you still find value in today? From the Rea Way: embrace change. It’s hard to do -- as humans we form habits and are not programmed to readily accept something different. But in an ever-changing world, it’s necessary.
