Why do you do what you do? I enjoy contributing to the process and making each project a success.

How do you define success? Being happy and fulfilled, both at work and personally. Success is when you make a difference and a contribution to something or someone.

What did you learn your first year on the job that you still use today? Always demonstrate a good work ethic, and always do what is in the company's best interest.

What one thing about you would most people find surprising? I have two Fish Ohio Certificates -- one for a 28-inch walleye and one for a 13 1/5-inch perch, both caught at Lake Erie.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? Anywhere there is hot weather, sandy beaches and a beautiful lake or ocean.

What's your claim to fame? Walking the Grand Canyon. We hiked 5 1/2 hours down the Kaibab Trail and 11 hours up the Bright Angel Trail.

What is your favorite movie of all time? The Wizard of Oz.

How do you unwind? I like to work in my yardor cook.

What is the first car you ever owned? A 1952 Buick.
