Why do you do what you do? I'm a people person and that fits well with my job at Rea.

If your child wanted to own a business, what advice would you have for him? Do your homework: pray about it and spend time talking to others in the same type of business. Also, get a good CPA and prepare a financial cushion because the first few years can be tough.

How do you define success? By the number of friends and acquaintances you have that speak well of you, both in business and everyday life.

Describe the best vacation you've ever taken. A week of beautiful weather at Virginia Beach with my sons. We had good quality time together and it was relaxing for the mind and body. And what delicious seafood!

What one thing about you would most people find surprising? That I have an adventerous side.
